Murall Clinic
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Murall Clinic (“the Clinic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, making payment, or receiving treatment, you (“the Patient”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Murall Clinic provides non-surgical aesthetic and cosmetic services, which may include but are not limited to injectables, laser procedures, skin treatments, and body contouring. All services are elective in nature and provided subject to clinical suitability and professional judgment.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Patients must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable Malaysian law.
2.2 The Clinic reserves the absolute right to refuse, defer, or discontinue treatment where it is deemed medically, aesthetically, or ethically inappropriate, or where required information is not provided.
3. Medical Disclosure and Consent
3.1 Patients are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful medical information, including but not limited to medical conditions, medications, allergies, and pregnancy status.
3.2 The Clinic shall not be liable for any outcome, complication, or loss arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or undisclosed information.
3.3 By proceeding with treatment, the Patient provides informed consent to the agreed procedures.
4. No Guarantee of Results
4.1 Aesthetic treatments are subjective and outcomes vary between individuals.
4.2 The Clinic makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding treatment results, symmetry, longevity, or degree of improvement.
5. Treatment Plans
5.1 Treatment plans may involve multiple sessions and are tailored to individual needs.
5.2 The Clinic reserves the right to modify treatment plans based on clinical response, safety considerations, or professional judgment.
6. Right to Change Practitioner
The Clinic reserves the right to substitute or reassign treating doctors, aesthetic practitioners, or therapists at its discretion due to clinical judgment, availability, or operational requirements. Such substitution shall not constitute a breach of contract.
7. Right to Change Clinic Location
7.1 The Clinic reserves the right to relocate, close, consolidate, or discontinue any clinic location.
7.2 Where a clinic location becomes unavailable, treatment may be continued at another Murall Clinic branch.
7.3 Such changes shall not give rise to any entitlement to refunds, compensation, or damages, provided treatment can reasonably continue.
8. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows
8.1 Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24–48 hours in advance.
8.2 Late cancellations or failure to attend appointments may result in forfeiture of deposits, session credits, or treatment entitlements, at the Clinic’s discretion.
9. Payments and Pricing
9.1 All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
9.2 Full or partial payment may be required prior to the provision of services.
9.3 Promotional offers, packages, or discounts are valid only for the stated period and subject to specific terms and conditions.
10. Itemised Services Only
10.1 The Clinic shall perform only the services expressly itemised on the relevant receipt and/or invoice.
10.2 No service, treatment, benefit, or entitlement shall be deemed included, offered, or owed unless it is specifically stated in writing and paid for in full.
10.3 Murall Clinic does not recognise, authorise, or assume liability for any free, complimentary, informal, verbal, or undocumented services not expressly recorded on the receipt and/or invoice.
11. Packages, Promotions, and FOC Treatments
11.1 Treatment packages, promotional plans, and FOC (Free-of-Charge) treatments are offered strictly as bundled arrangements and must be completed in full.
11.2 Packages, promotions, and FOC treatments cannot be broken, split, exchanged, or partially refunded.
11.3 In the event of non-completion, cancellation, or early termination by the Patient, all services rendered shall be retrospectively recalculated at the prevailing à la carte rates, and all FOC treatments previously provided shall become chargeable.
11.4 Any outstanding balance shall be immediately payable.
12. Refund Policy
12.1 All payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable once treatment has commenced.
12.2 Any exception shall be at the sole discretion of the Clinic and must be confirmed in writing.
13. Aftercare Responsibility
Patients are solely responsible for complying with all post-treatment and aftercare instructions. The Clinic shall not be liable for complications arising from non-compliance or treatments performed by third parties.
14. Risks and Complications
All aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks, including but not limited to swelling, bruising, infection, asymmetry, or dissatisfaction. The Patient acknowledges and accepts such risks.
15. Photography
15.1 Clinical photographs may be taken for medical documentation.
15.2 Photographs will only be used for marketing or educational purposes with the Patient’s express consent, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
All personal and medical information is processed and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Malaysia.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses arising from treatment outcomes, appointment changes, or clinic relocation.
18. Force Majeure
The Clinic shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or facility closures.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
20. Amendments
The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall be published on the Clinic’s website and shall supersede all previous versions.
21. Acceptance
By booking an appointment, making payment, or receiving treatment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
