Doctor Assistant / Aesthetic Therapist
Join our clinical team in delivering safe, comfortable and personalised patient experiences. You'll assist doctors during aesthetic procedures, prepare treatment rooms and equipment, perform appropriate non-medical aesthetic treatments within your training and scope, and support patients throughout their clinic journey.
We're looking for
- A caring, detail-oriented and professional individual
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics, nursing assistance or clinical support is an advantage
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Aesthetic Doctor
We're seeking a passionate medical doctor to provide personalised aesthetic consultations and evidence-based treatments. You'll work closely with our clinical team to deliver safe, ethical and patient-centred care while contributing to the clinic's continued development.
We're looking for
- Fully registered medical practitioner with the Malaysian Medical Council
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Relevant aesthetic credentials, including LCP where required for the procedures performed
- Strong clinical judgement and patient communication
- Commitment to ethical medical practice and professional development
Clinic Assistant Manager
Play a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience. You'll support team leadership, appointment coordination, service standards, sales performance, administrative processes and operational improvements.
We're looking for
- Experience in clinic operations, hospitality, healthcare or service management
- Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and coordinate a team
- Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness
